Empathise

  • Foster understanding and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges.
  • Provide mental health support, especially for disadvantaged children and young adults, through nature-focused programs.

Recognise

  • Acknowledge the therapeutic benefits of nature and the ocean on wellbeing whilst raising awareness of mental health issues
  • To raise awareness about the importance of sustainability and the impact of human activity on the environment.

  • Empowerment of young people through community engagement, education, and active participation in sustainability projects (e.g., shore clean-ups and seagrass planting)
